Delivery

Unless otherwise specified on the official quote "delivery" shall mean an easily assessable site where the delivery can be easily unloaded next to the delivery vehicle without having to carry the goods more than 2 - 3 steps.

If offloading cannot be done in this fashion then the onus is on the client to make a special arrangement with us in this regard.

We retain the right to levy an additional change if we are required to make such a special arrangement.

Laying

Unless otherwise specified on the official quote " Laying " shall mean an easily assessable site, flat and level cleared of stones and rubble, with easy access.

The standard laying should not require climbing of steps or maneuvering around unreasonable obstacles or carrying the grass by hand more than 5 steps.

The acceptable method of moving grass around the site is by easy use of wheelbarrows.

If "laying" cannot be done in this fashion then the onus is on the client to make a special arrangement with us in this regard, We retain the right to levy an additional change if we are required to make special arrangements like applying additional resources

Prepare, Delivery & Lay

Prepare Delivery and lay will usually be subject to a site visit and quote. If the site is more than 50Klm from Midrand then a small quote fee to cover costs may be applied subject to agreement. The quote fee is usually wavered if the service is ordered
